Tethered Aerostat Radar System

The US government has a bunch of giant blimps floating around with radar equipment. The goal is to stop drug trafficking. The blimp is visible for miles around, thanks to the relatively flat terrain.
The facility is off limits to regular people, but it was fun to see the blimp in the air and view the facility from the road.
