Knights of Columbus Museum

The Knights of Columbus fraternal organization was founded in New Haven in 1882. They are still headquartered here, and have a nice free museum open the public. We visited to escape the sun and to learn more about their organization.

They had some very interesting KofC memorabilia, including original documents that were over a hundred years old and lots of paintings. They also had a few steel girders from the World Trade Centers in New York and a whole room about the Roman Catholic popes.
