Guadalupe County Westbound Safety Rest Area

This might sound silly, but we had a lot of fun at a rest area on the way home from Houston. Turns out everything is bigger in Texas, including their rest stops. There was a nature trail (didn’t take the time to walk it), a bunch of neat historical info inside (like where the COME AND TAKE IT flag came from), and a fun play structure outside. Anna and dad played some music using a stick and some bells.
